Indie Casting’s existing website significantly limited its growth potential. Visually outdated and poorly structured, it failed to communicate the product’s core value, resulting in low user engagement and limited traction. As a mobile-first app without a compelling web presence, the startup lacked a digital gateway to support customer acquisition, investor outreach, and product discovery. With no internal design resources and a rapidly evolving brand, Indie needed a strategic partner to translate its vision into a credible, scalable, and high-performing web experience
My task: build a bold, app-inspired digital entry point that could convert, scale, and reflect their new brand identity – on a tight timeline and budget
We completely redesigned the site based on business goals, product storytelling, and scalable design systems. We started by aligning the website with Indie’s growth goals, creating a UX architecture inspired by the app’s swipe-based, mobile-first experience. The design was simple yet expressive, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and motion to reflect the product’s core feel. Built in Webflow, the site combined no-code speed with a strong structure, including performance optimization, structured SEO, and a scalable CMS for ongoing updates.
The redesigned platform delivered a 48% increase in page speed and a 23% drop in bounce rate. Conversion rates rose from 4.2% to 5.9%, while quarterly traffic climbed 30%, topping 38K visits. Most notably, Indie reported a 60% increase in lead generation – directly attributing it to the improved UX and visual clarity of the new site. It now serves not just as a marketing tool but as a credibility layer in investor pitches and an active contributor to user acquisition
Next projects.
